When is AccioCon?
Friday, April 3rd - Sunday, April 5th, 2009.
Friday doors will open at 12 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday doors will open at 10 a.m. and will remain open until the party is over.
Celebrity Guests will be signing autographs and doing photo ops during designated times. See Event Highlights for details.


How much are tickets for admission to AccioCon?
Tickets are $70 for a Weekend Pass - (this will give you admission for events taking place Friday through Sunday but not FHS Prom or Celebrity Dinner.) VIP Passes are SOLD OUT. Check out the ticket page for more information.
Tickets are only available on the website. There will not be tickets sold at the convention.


Where and when do I pick up my Weekend/Day/VIP passes?
All passes will be available at the Registration tables beginning at 11am on Friday. You MUST have a photo ID or a copy of your registration receipt from when you ordered. VIP passes will be picked up at a separate table from the other passes.

Are rooms available at the Holiday Inn International?
Yes, and at a special room rate of $139.00/night. You must mention "AccioCon" or order through our site to get this special rate. You must book your room before March 1st to get the special discount rate. We definitely recommend you stay at the hotel; you don't want to miss out on anything, especially the parties! Can I bring a video tape or take pictures at the show?
Absolutely, we encourage you to take pictures and video, and we definitely ask that you share your pictures with us so that we can post them on our website. Or send us a copy of your video, capturing your experience at AccioCon. We do ask that you please ask the celebrities before video taping them or taking their pictures, some may get offended.

Will there be photo ops with the Celebrity Guests?
Yes. They are $30 each and can be purchased now. The photo ops with the celebrity guests are set for Saturday of the convention. There will be a group photo op available with all of the guests on Sunday, they are $60 and will be with Kellan, Ashley and Edi.

Do the celebrity guests charge for their autographs?
Most of them do charge a fee. It runs anywhere from $10 up to $30 cash per autograph depending on the guest. There are a few that don't charge, but it's rare.

Can I wear a costume?
You definitely should wear your costume. That's what the show is all about. Be sure to enter our costume contest being held on Sunday afternoon. We encourage costumes and co-play throughout the course of the weekend! The only rules we have for costumes is - No real weapons may be carried around the convention area. No real guns, no real knives, etc. Please remember this is a family friendly convention.

Will I have to pay a separate admission for the Forks High School Prom, Live Bands, Debates, and Q&A’s, etc.?
Only the Forks High School Prom requires an additional ticket. Tickets for the Prom are $5 and are on sale now. All other events are included with the price of your admission, but you must have your pass to enter these events. Visit the ticket page to purchase your ticket now!

How can I take part in the debates?
There are limited spots available on the debate teams. They are filling up fast. You must email us at acciocon@yahoo.com to submit your name. It is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no age limit for the teams.

Can I bring my kids to the show?
Absolutely, we try to make our event a family friendly gathering. In fact children 13 years and under get a reduced rate admission, but must be accompanied by an adult that has paid admission. Check the ticket page for more information.

Where do I park?
There is some parking at the Holiday Inn International, but it goes very quickly. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn you shouldn't have a problem getting a spot though. If you are not staying at the Holiday Inn there are many parking areas nearby. Holiday Inn will be limiting there parking exclusive to paid guests of the hotel because of the size of the convention. We suggest that you take advantage of the I-Drive Trolley.

I would like to carpool or find someone to share a room with, how can I contact other attendees?
Join our message board. It's the best place to find more information about the show from other attendees and fans.

What if I want to set up a table at AccioCon?
We are offering great deals on Dealer Tables and Artist Alley Tables for AccioCon 2009. Dealers can purchase a block for $400. The block includes two tables with skirting and wi-fi access. It is $450 for electric and phone line connection. Artist Alley tables are $75 without electric, $100 with electric. You can have up to three people to your table. Can I volunteer at AccioCon?
We are not currently looking for volunteers for events but we are looking for people with previous convention security and liaison experience. You can submit all inquiries to us at acciocon@yahoo.com.

Tell me more about your silent auction...
All proceeds from the Silent Auction will go to “Give Kids the World”. We ask that if you plan to bid on anything that you plan to pay with a check and to please make it out to “Give Kids the World” not AccioCon. You can pay with cash and we will provide you with a receipt.
